Posters have mentioned the different oral shape.  I think it is a different tonal concept on trombone than euph.  Which this oral shape can affect. Otherwise you basically sound like a slide euph or slide tuba.  The tonal concept should be more "centered" or "pointed", especially if you use a small bore horn.  Usually I can tell when a euph or tuba player is doubling in bone because their tonal concept is too broad (for my taste anyway)  I came to tuba playing from the trombone side first, so my tuba tone tends to be a bit more centered than many.  I also tend to use smaller equipment than others.  But that is the concept I like and strive for.
