I have the same horn (PT6PS). I have to use Blue Juice valve oil (very thin, thinner than Hetman light, I think) for my valves not to stick. The valve set has very close tolerances and needs the lower viscosity oil. Wash out the casing and the pistons with white vinegar, rinse well, and give Blue Juice a try.
