If the problem persists, take the horn back to Custom and have Kevin Powers (their repair technician) work on the valves. He may have to lap them to loosen the tolerance a bit. No matter what, I would take it back and have him look at them. That is why he is there and did buy the horn there. I had the same frustation with my Willson. He had to lap them three times to get them working. I am still working them in some and the second valve stills likes to hang up now and then.
