I recently started using the TuneUp CD-Based Intonation Training System, and found an unexpected perk to it.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but the lower I play, the harder it is for me to tell exactly what's going on pitch wise. When I go to the Db or lower, I've almost always got to pop up to check the pitch, and then drop back down. My tuner doesn't really give me any usefull feedback in that range.

I've found by using the CD and playing the tune up excercises down in the pedal range, it's fairly easy to hear exactly what's going on. Anyone else notice or experience that?

So, not only does it seem to be a great tool in general, but for me at least, it's really helpful for developing accuracy and solid intonation in the very low range.

I highly recomend it. www.tuneupsystems.com
