What do you mean by difference? The only similarity I see between the two is the valve technology and the triangle logo on the bell.
The 180 has an 18mm bore and a 38cm bell, and the 181 has a 19.6mm+ graduated bore and a 42cm bell. Miraphone lists the 180 as a 3/4, and the 181 as a 5/4. The 180 is intended for solo work and the 181 is an orchestral F.
