Have you considered using a LOT of bubble wrap and good cardboard cartons? This is just as protective as a "flight" case. Also, what about "surface" shipping way ahead of time - and with one or two cardboard cartons?

Walt Johnson is NOT hard to "get ahold" of...Try PHONE instead of emails. They don't seem to check emails as often. Sometimes, they have fiberglass "shells" all ready-to-go, except for the interior.
