If it is a FOUR-valve EEb tuba,
your Eb-F trill will work with (open) Eb to (alternate fingering - 4th valve) F.
Of course, the Db to Eb trill and other trills are quite easy...

You should get my sometimes-student, Austin Howle (in Oxford, Mississippi) to email you his recording of this that he did with the Mississippi All-State Band a year ago. It's the best rendition of this that I've ever heard. (I think he played it on a 3-valve.)
