The Regent was another of the Boosey and Hawkes models (I don't think it was ever marketed under the "Besson" name) and was essentially the same as the "Westminster" models, but with somewhat more attention to finish (the silver on your sample is an example).
I have never had the experience of playing a Regent tuba, but I would suspect that it would be very much like the Stratford BBb mentioned below. I think they also used to be marketed as the 600 series.
