I hate mimes. Most people do; they just won't come clean about it.
They are always pulling on imaginary ropes for no reason, or walking against an imaginary wind - what a waste of time.
As street performers, I have always suspected they work in league with pickpockets, who lift the wallets of onlookers while the mimes try to get out of imaginary boxes.
Rather than using them to reduce the number of symphony attendees, they should be placed OUTSIDE the concert hall to drive business IN.
