Don't look now but there is an auction going on on eBay where someone is selling off several different lots of tuba music and one of the lots has the 20th Century Orchestral Excerpts book in it. Do a search on eBay and you should be able to find the specific auction by combining "tuba" with "20th" or something like that. Good luck!
