I saw this at ebay too, and thought "Holy Moley, what a deal". However, I just can't stomach the concept of ebay. What I'd be inclined to do if you are interested would be to contact the seller, make a higher offer ($5-6Kish) and ask for a ten day trial w/shipping at your expense.
I still like mine, although it is an earlier incarnation than the current 4/4. Hope it works out!!
