If the horn is a good one, the price shown as the required opening bid on e-bay is at the lower end of the range of where those horns should sell from what I've heard, especially with the cases. Three years ago, new (without a mouthpiece) the horns could be had for just under $3,000 without cases, about $3,500 with the cases. If I were looking for one of those horns, I'd consider $2,700 the upper limit for a good one.
