Geretsrieg factory that produced the post-war York Master horns of the 50's,
and many other variants of that basic design as well....I believe DEG had their

Now that said, who knows what the configuration of Steven's horn actually is,
Mr. Marzan had LOTS of ideas about tuba physics, sometimes these were very different
from our Jacobs-ian "party line" - so as a result there was a lot of variation/innovation in the horns sold with Fred's name on them. My personal favorites are the dual tuning slides (nothing unique here) and the main tuning slide being located up by the left hand-this was Fred's idea and is creeping into some of the more "custom" horn designs.
