Matt Good is the Principal in the Dallas Symphony. He does not teach (other than at SMU). Ed Jones is an excellent choice. Mark Wolfe, the sub in the DSO, who teahces at UT Arlington is another great teacher whose students have had a lot of success. If you can't work things out with either of those two guys, try to contact Don Little at UNT. He know just about every tubist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, so he would be a good one to get a hold of. Another good player/teacher to contact is John Rider.
