Here is a solution that that works on my Yamaha 822F tuba (notoriously sticky valves). I add a few drops of Dura Lube oil treatment to some Al Cass valve oil. Make sure you wipe all of the moisture off the valve before applying. My valves rarely stick and I can get away without oiling them for two or three days at a time.
You may have to experiment with the mixture. Also one quart of Dura Lube will last a liftime!
