Check out Minnesota State College - Southeastern Technical at Red Wing. They have a 9 month program for Band Instrument Repair. www.rww.tec.mn.us
Another one is Western Iowa Tech Community College. www.witcc.com This program seems to be a bit more in depth from the business side of the profression as well.
There are others I am sure but these are two I have found so far.
