Check the F in the staff and the Bb at the top of the staff on the RM. If they aren't too high in pitch, AND if you are sure that this tuba has not had the uhh..."guts" buffed out of it, I might agree that the RM might be more fun to play. Also, make sure that the rotors on the RM are not worn.
