The answer is there are no quality differences between the two. With the H.N. White you will get a couple more features. The best is an extra slide on the top for the 1st valve. If you care enough about intonation, you will have an easy reach slide there. Keep in mind that the Cleveland and White vintage sousas take a different neck than a modern King. Any shop can order you such a neck through Allied Supply.
The White will be older and will likely be needing a valve job sooner.
I get more people looking for a White than a Clevland.
