The Nirschls are also great horns.. definately in the same class as the Perantuccis. I would go for the 4/4 version for the reasons listed in the above post.

Willson has the best manufacturing going in my opinion. Their piston and rotor valves both are lightning fast. Unfortunately, I personally haven't had great experiences with any of their horns that I have played. I've experienced some whacked out intonation/slotting issues, they tend to be very mouthpiece sensitive, and they are made of such thick brass that they project like mad(I mean this in a negative sense.. too much of a good thing). They do have a good sound to them though.
