I use a long handled baby bottle brush and Joy liquid dish soap (really cut the grease)
to clean out the valves/inside slides. Thin out the lanolin w/ valve oil (Al Cass, etc.),
Just be careful to not mix different brands (Cass w/ Binak etc.)
