You'll have to either stagger or circular breathe. Since I can't do the latter, I'd work with your buddy on the stagger. Pre-plan your breaths together. When you go out, go out gently and ramp back in gently while he (or she) ramps up (in volume) and then down to cover for you - then switch roles on the next measure (or next two beats depending on the tempo).
