I'll find out the exact concentration of it next time I talk to my mechanic. I generically refer to it as "alcohol" or "hydrogen peroxide", but it may very well be something else. My mechanic uses it for just about everything, from his car restoration projects, to his antique-train collection. I don't know what it does, but it goes in clear, and comes out green, which is a lot more than the soap and water does, so it must be doing something right. I'll post again when I know what it is.
