Try the Barat / Smith arrangement of Introduction and Dance. That was the first solo I played on CC. You might also want to consider the Haddad Suite for Tuba, it seems to lie well for a CC. There's always the Bach Air and Bouree'. I don't know your playing level, but with a little work these should be accessible for you on your new horn.
