The SM3 works well for me as well. I find my range doesn't suffer on euph, whereas on some muthpieces getting up high just kills. I know that's my technique issues, but the SM3 is comfortable for me. I play a PT72 and sometimes a PT88 on my tubas if that matters. But the Mead has been the most comfortable for me on my Besson (Sovereign 967) euph.
