Laurie Bunn and Caryl Conger are both excellent. Caryl lives in Blacksburg, VA and is in the ITEA (formerly TUBA) membership roster. Some other names would be Scott Alexander, principal oboist with the Navy Band who does most of the recital accompanying as well. Ron Chiles, living in nearby Bowie, MD (in the book) is excellent.
