Jay, I believe that it is published by Oxford, could be wrong. Interestingly enough, I first became aware of it in college. The music library was marvelous and they had the score to the orchestra edition. There are a couple of licks that come in out of nowhere, but nothing much else. I will do some research and get back to you. Now, the Holst Second Suite has never been incarnated as an orchestra piece. The closest that comes to it is an almost note-for-note setting of the "Dargason" as the last movement of the "St. Paul's Suite" for String Orchestra. Is this what you allude to? I have conducted all of Holst's String music at one time and have never seen, nor heard, of such as the Second Suite for Strings. Hope this helped.
