Hey JJ. It's Richarrd from NYB! Nice to know someone who uses this site. All these other suggestions are great. Dennis Miller at McGill is a really great guy and teacher. One of the best days of my life that I spent with him. Gene Dowling at UVic is also great. He's also my teacher. I know he's taking a year off (at least) from the Victoria Symphony and UVic though as he'll be in Vancouver. U of Alberta: I'm planning on applying there (next year), but I don't know anything about the teacher, although I do klnow it's in Edmonton. Ellis Wean I know is in Vancoucer an i'm going to be going to a brass quintet workshop with him, but from what I've heard he only has one student, and I don't know if he actually teaches anywhere, but he plays in the VSO. Hope this helps. It might help to mention that you play Euphonium as maybe some teachers are better with Euphonium students than others.
