I have a student that recently bought a RMCCC and he likes it very much. I played on the horn when he first got it and I thought it was a really nice tuba. Good intonation, much better than what I expect from most Rudolf Meinl tubas, and very good sound. The low range takes some getting used to, it can feel a little unusual at first, but it really projects once you figure it out. Overall, this would be my first choice of the horns you listed.
