I just will add a couple of things...
Make sure you will have an adequate level of competition to keep you inspired. This ha been good for me. The more the better, but at least someone to keep you going and on your toes is beneficial.
Also, the size of the school is not necessarily crucial as an undergrad. The important thing, along with opportunities, is your teacher. My teacher did not appear on the "list" above, but he is a great teacher for me. And in addition, it's not like he is an unknown. Different teachers have different styles, so you need to decide on that personal match yourself. I needed someone willing to work with my weaknesses and with a little bit of patience with my somewhat lacking background.
