Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay. Whistle part can be done by F tubas or whistled by the ensmble. Several African folk tunes also present unique opportunities. LadySmith Black Mbasa has several great tunes out on a few albums. The harmony parts lend themselves well to the lower sounding pitches. Keep away from 7th chord stuff and such as they do not achieve the effects you want in the lower register instruments.
