I haven't had any luck finding fake books but there are lots of polka folios... Harry Alford's Hungry Five In Germany, Yoder's Oom-Pah-Pah, Harry Alford's Hungry Five Rides Again, Heinie's Happy Five In Germany, Snitzelfritz, and German Encores. Without a lot of trouble, you should be able to find them even though some are out of print. I think the Harry Alford stuff is still in print.
