They're called, "finger buttons". Finger buttons screw into the valve stem of the valve itself. Spatulas are what they call the levers you press on for operating an instrument that has 'rotary' valves -- like horn, oval euphonium, Wagner tuba, and many tubas.
Sorry, but I don't know where to find buttons for a Besson 765. Did you try the Besson instrument site?
