I agree with Mike here that a two hour warm-up is not a necessity and too much dependence on a warmup could be a bad thing. I spent three years religiously doing the two to three hour warmup routine and then found myself not having the concentration level to sit and do the lip slurs with metronome on sixty, etc. I was so bored doing this, and worst of all I wasn't making any music. Now the only preparation I have before I play is about 15 minutes filled with Breathing and Buzzing exercises. I've found when you're using the right kind of "good" air you don't have to practice every single type of fundamental necessary on the horn. After these 15 minutes of "warm up" I work out of etude books. Rochut takes care of legato, Snedecor and Wes Jacobs etudes = low range, etc. This works great for me personally and the music making makes practicing worth it.
