You are right on 2 points:
A cold mouthpiece slows down the warm-ups parts that is concerning the free bloodstream in the lip musculature.
The whole instrument needs to adapt in temperature to the rehearsal room/concert hall before a tuning to the ensemble makes sense.
Beyond that our brass/plastic instruments need no warm-ups of their own.
In wood winds, the ones made of real wood need a careful warm up to adapt to temperature and moisture. Partially to reach their potentials in sound, partially to avoid cracks.
