Even when I was only playing my more modest bass horn, the 26K, the bystanders expressed surprise of the vibrations they sensed comin through the floor.
Of course a good deal of the energy came out of the bell, but some of the energy surely has wandered from my shoulder through my body, less thoroughly calcified back then.
I might even guess that tubists could earn some money by doing vibrational therapy in the style of some physiotherapists. Adding somewhat to the standard price levels for the artistical contents.
