The best brass guy I know of in that part of the country is just outside Toronto. The name is Ron Partch and I beleive he's in the book. If not, contact Shannon Tully at Music Tech, Adam Gaudet at Cosmo Music, or Terry Fitzgerald at St. John's Music (all in Toronto), and they will also do very good work, or get you in touch with Ron Partch.
