Maybe some of the Tower Records employees, or other interested parties, will know the answer to this. I am interested in some of the older CSO recordings from the early 1970s with Barenboim, Guilini, and Abbado, to mention a few, that may or may not be available on CD. I have vinyl on most of the recordings, but am especially interested in CD versions of the Stravinsky and Mahler 1st Guilini recordings, some of the Abbado Mahler, and Barenboim Bruckner recordings. I have the Bruckner 4 and 7 with Barenboim, and the Abbado Mahler 2nd, 4th, and 7th, but am also interested in his Mahler 1st, 5th, and 6th. The only Guilini recordings I have found are Pictures, Berlioz Romeo & Juliette, and Mahler 9. Any help on these or other suggestions, either domestic or import, would be greatly appreciated.
