This could be that if you do oil regularly then you could be using oil that is too thin. I used to own a pt4 rotary and I would have the same problem occasionally the exact valve that it would happen to was always random but the same thing would happen. I was using hetman light rotor oil and then I switched to hetman standard weight and it ficed the problem. I had tried a pt 20 before when I was at custom. They are great horns.
