Bb above middle C. It comes up in Symphonie Fantastique. To have this note solid, count on practicing to hit notes at least one octave higher. I learned a long tim ago that if I wanted a note on demand, any volume, any articulation, that I needed to be able to play around one octave past it to the extreme (i.e. circa double pedal C for pedal C and C two octaves above middle C for the one one octave above middle C). While these might be difficult and not sound so well, they help to solidify the ones we do need on tap.
