Sounds like your bearings might be loose. Try tightening your valve caps. If they aren't in tight enough, the valve will (quite normally) wiggle loose. Cranking them down (with only your fingers) will push the bearings back in & might fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you can email me privately for a quick, cheap, easy fix to the loose bearing problem, although if the valves are new (you didn't mention how new), you might consider having a pro take a peek at them first. I have the same problem with my 3rd & 4th on my 26 year old HB.
