Sam, I have been in your position and needed a part fast. Call Pepper. If they have the arrangement in stock they may fax you a copy of it if you order it over the phone. They will then mail you the original after it arrives from the publisher. I don't know if this is still their policy , but they have done this for me in the past. As far as cost, I think the most I paid for an individual tuba part was $4 plus shipping.
