For Sale: Besson 981S EEb Tuba
This is a 4-valve compensating EEb tuba in the traditional English 3+1 configuration. The horn was manufactured in 1987 and has been well cared for over the years. The silver plating is in great condition, with only a few minor scratches here and there and some mild tarnish in hard to reach places. There are several small dents and a couple of larger ones in the outer branch on the bottom side away from the bell.
The horn comes with the original Besson hard case in fair condition. The handles and wheels are missing, but it does latch and protect the horn. I also have a new Reunion Blues cordura gig bag which fits this horn perfectly.
