In case you didn't get the point, here it is: My company rates me on what I produce, not on how I produce it. Does a pro tuba player's orchestra care if he practices? No. They only care if the product meets their needs. If I spent less time on Tubenet, I would not produce more--I'd spend the time wandering into other peoples' offices to chat because my brain needs the rest. They are happy about Tubenet, heh, heh.
