Pretend you hate everybody, especially whoever usually sits in front of the Trombones or Trumpets in your ensemble (i.e. 2nd violinists, violas), and imagine everyone that you "hate" is directly in front of your bell, then take all that useless rage and focus it into creating a "death blast" that the Universe will not soon forget.
Oh yeah, and blow air past your lips into the mouthpiece, which should be in your tuba at this point, making your lips vibrate to create the loudest sound ever imagined.
Other tips include pressing all valves down and playing higher overtones.
Of course this may ruin your horn's ability to play with a pretty sound, but that's just a theory.
