First, you need a place on the web to park the photo. You can use your site (if you have one), or get a free web site from somebody like freewebsites.com.
Then, you go on the web to where the photo is located, and right-click on the photo. Most browsers give you the option of "Copy image location". That puts the address of that photo on the web on your clipboard. Paste that address in the box on the Tubenet new post form that is titled "Optional Image URL:". You can type the name in if you want, but cutting and pasting avoids mistakes.
The important point is that Tubenet has no space for storing images. They have to be stored elsewhere on the web and then pointed to in the Tubenet post.
