Go to the library. There must be a public library around where you are with a searchable card catalogue which is connected via computer to other libraries. Usually you can check these things out or at worst, your local library can get it for you but you'll have to listen to it at the library.
Also check out the music libraries of local Universities.
I believe i found harvey's album at the Memphis main branch library (believe it or not) when i was a teenager.
