wasn't so positive, either. I ordered a top loading Dolly Bag through TE (why I didn't just get it directly from Dolly, I don't know)and was sent a side loading one. I called to tell him of the mistake, and he said that he had ordered the top loading one from her, but was sent the side loading one instead, and that's what he had to sell me. He then informed me that since it was a "special order", it was non-returnable. So, I had to be happy with that bag.
