RNCM is superb. Best person to discuss this with would be Adam Frey though I gather he's kinda in the next few days...
Whilst you're around the Manchester region (choose accommodation carefully) make sure you take a lesson with some FANTASTIC Euph players/musicians;
#Glynn Williams; Euph player with Foden/Coutois. Teaches at Salford Uni I believe.
#James Gourlay; Head of Faculty at RNCM. Great tuba player & teacher.
#Nick Childs; Former Half of the Childs Brothers (still is I suppose!), conductor of Black Dyke Band. GREAT teacher if you can pin him down.
#David King; Head of Performance at Salford Uni. Conductor of YBS Band. STUNNING musician, Brass technician and teacher - again, IF you can pin him down.
Steve Mead aint bad either :-)
