Right now, there's a "SLEEPING BEAUTY" in the Germany auction (# 2538381607) - being at present in the range of 300 bucks. I am in no way associated with this seller, but I have the same tuba, one of the best 4/4 BBb you can get. It's a Bohland & Fuchs stencil
with a "Adolf Leistner Würzburg" enraving label on. Prof. Walter Hilgers and one of his pupils who tested the same type of tuba came to the same evaluation. Both also have B & Fs in their "stable". This tuba was technically overhauled and comes with a 1 year warranty by the seller (a music shop / workshop). I think nobody else has recognized so far, that it is a B & F with just a different label, thus still being low priced on the bids.
If money would be an issue, I would definitely go with this horn, in spite of the long distance transportation.
If the price keeps low (because of general ignorance), it can be considered like a lottery win.
