Hey.... the player is Michael Thornton, and he was playing either of his Alex CCs.... he has two... one four valve and one five valve.... He also has an old B&S F, pre-Perantucci I think... and the mouthpiece he uses for CC most times is a standard Bach 7.... for F he uses a Miraphone C4 or comparable.... Hope this helps.... I believe everything is accurate... I was his grad student at Miami University (Ohio)....
